Easy to use for presentations

Needed something quick for a client presentation, so I gave Enviz a shot for some AI Renders. It was super straightforward to use. Dropped my model in, clicked a few things, and boom, had some pretty cool renders. It made my presentation look really sharp without me having to spend ages on it. Worked out well.

Enviz is a game changer!

I used Enviz to create a Walkable 3D Space for my latest architectural project, and it was incredible! The platform was so easy to use, and the results were stunning. My clients loved being able to explore the unbuilt property virtually. I'm definitely going to use Enviz again for all my future presentations. Highly recommend it to all my fellow architects!

Good product, minor hiccup

I recently tried Enviz for a 3D Model Conversion, and overall, I'm quite satisfied. The conversion process was quick, and the resulting Web-based 3D Tour looked fantastic, very professional. My clients were impressed with the interactivity. The only small issue I had was with uploading one of my larger files initially; it took a couple of tries. But once it went through, everything else was smooth sailing. Customer support was helpful in pointing me to a solution, so it wasn't a major problem. Good value, just a slight room for improvement on the upload interface.

Great value for annual plan

I was looking for a good deal on a platform to create Virtual Display Homes and Enviz caught my eye. I opted for the annual billing to get that 15% saving, and it felt like a smart move. The cost per project really came down. The service itself delivered exactly what I needed, making it a very worthwhile purchase. Definitely happy with the savings and the product.

Can clients actually view these Enviz spaces on their phones without needing a super powerful PC or VR headset? Asking for an off-plan sales pitch.

S Sophie Kim 2 months ago
Yep, my clients view them on their iPads and phones all the time. It's web-based, so they just need a browser. No special gear needed.

For sure. I've sent links to clients who were just on their iPhones, and it works fine. It's not VR immersive, but totally viewable and interactive.

What kind of 3D model file formats do they accept for conversion? I use ArchiCAD mainly.

P Phil 1 month ago
They support a bunch, including SketchUp, Revit, and yep, ArchiCAD too. You should be good with your files.

S Sarah S. 1 month ago
I've used FBX and OBJ before, and they worked. They list a few others on their site too, so ArchiCAD files should be fine.

Thinking of switching from Matterport to Enviz. How does Enviz compare, especially for showcasing unbuilt properties?

T Todd 2 months ago
I've used both. Matterport is great for existing spaces, but Enviz is specifically built for unbuilt stuff and works better with architectural models. The real-time lighting and material swapping in Enviz are game changers for showing off plans.

S Sam Foster 2 months ago
Enviz integrates directly with Revit and SketchUp, which is huge for architects. Matterport is more about scanning existing places. So for off-plan, Enviz is probably the way to go.

Does Enviz allow for multi-user tours? Like, can I walk a client through a virtual space in real-time, even if we're in different locations?

T Tara E. 2 months ago
Yeah, they have multi-user virtual tours. I've used it to show clients around a model while explaining features, even when they're in another country. Works pretty well.

E Emma 2 months ago
Totally. It's one of their core features, makes presenting to remote clients way easier than just sharing a screen.

Anyone know if Enviz has any current promo codes floating around? Trying to save a bit on the subscription.

D Derek 1 month ago
I don't think they really do promo codes like a normal store. Most of their discounts are just for annual plans or if you're an enterprise customer, from what I've seen. You might get a better deal just asking for a demo if you're a big company.

Yeah, I checked around too and didn't find any public codes. The best discount is usually just opting for the yearly payment, saves you like 15-20%.

Any word on Black Friday deals for Enviz? Thinking of subscribing around then if there's a good offer.

R Raj M. 2 months ago
They've had Black Friday deals in the past, usually some kind of SaaS offer. I'd keep an eye out on their site closer to the date. Sometimes it's extra time or a bigger percentage off annual plans.

I think they usually do something around Black Friday. Not a massive discount usually, but enough to make it worth waiting if you're not in a rush.

Are there any student discounts for Enviz? I'm an architecture student trying to get familiar with these tools.

R Renee Foster 2 months ago
I'm not 100% sure about a specific student discount, but it's definitely worth reaching out to their support or sales team. Sometimes companies have educational programs that aren't advertised widely.

C Carly Ito 2 months ago
I haven't seen anything official for students, but they do have a free trial. That might be a good way to test it out without committing.

Hey, I'm looking at Enviz for a new project. How long does it usually take for them to turn a 3D model into one of those walkable spaces?

J June A. 1 month ago
It really depends on the complexity of your model, but from my experience, a pretty standard house model can be ready in a few days to a week. They say up to 10 business days for more complex stuff.

D Derek Brooks 1 month ago
Yeah, what the other person said. If it's super detailed with lots of custom textures or something, it might be on the longer side. Mine was pretty basic, took about 4-5 days.
